Our client is a leading International manufacturer, and they have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join them on a slightly reduced hours basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, and with working hours of (phone number removed)pm, Monday to Friday, the successful HR Officer will be highly motivated and demonstrate a minimum of 3 years HR experience, and will hold responsibility for providing general HR support to the business and assisting with the overall efficient and smooth running of the HR Function. There will be responsibility for a broad spectrum of general HR duties, including HR advice to managers and staff, ensuring current legislation is met, aspects of the recruitment and selection process, and building and maintaining good relationships with all staff and management.
The successful HR Officer will have an interest in HR and will be able to review and update policies and procedures in line with Employment Legislation. They will also be approachable, reliable, organised, enthusiastic and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude to work.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills and be able to demonstrate their previous experience of Microsoft packages.
