Permanent, 32.5 hours per week
Here at Watkin Jones, we are now looking for a Sales Advisor to sell our houses striving to achieve the sales target.
Based on site, you will arrange and conduct viewings on the development and ensure all sales prospects are promptly followed up and assisted where needed to achieve a reservation as soon as possible. Treating all customers and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, you will follow all reservations through the sales procedures to achieve timely exchange of contracts and liaise with customers throughout the entire journey, right up until the customer receives their keys to their new home. The Sales Advisor will also liaise with appointed estate agents, hold weekly meetings on site with the Site Manager and accompany customers on Home Demonstration appointments led by the Site Manager.
About You
So, if you are courteous, professional and have a strong customer focus, then we would love to hear from you! We’re looking for an individual who has direct house sales experience, but not just within an estate agency and who has excellent negotiation skills.
