Dual Role Support Officer/Cleaner

The role:
* To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
* To ensure the highest level of customer needs is adhered to at all times
* Be helpful and courteous to clients, stakeholders and visitors
* To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
* To ensure standards of cleaning and hygiene in the work area meet or exceeds the standard applicable to the site/ unit
* Understand need and requirements of shopping centre and assist in its success.
* To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
* To ensure all cleaning materials are used in line with COSHH safety standards
* To maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work area at all times.
* Report HSE hazards, accidents, incidents, illness and diseases to your line manager.
* To provide high visibility manned guarding for the site.
* To consistently evaluate risk and deal with individuals whose actions are anti-social or not authorised on site.
* Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the schedule in place.
* Liaising with Police, Operations Management and the wider operation to ensure a coordinated approach and awareness of location issues.
* Controlling access to site
You will have a flexible can do approach to work duties with a passion to provide high standards of customer care and supports colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
* You must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
* Be computer literate on Word, Excel and email
* Hold a valid SIA licence
* Have attention to detail and aspire to always provide the best service possible
