Bonfire Recruitment are advertising on behalf of Clarity Simplicity Ltd who looking to recruit a Civil Court Solicitor based in Central Scotland.
Clarity Simplicity Ltd is headed by Billy Smith and Emma King, and over the past years has grown into one of Scotland's growing legal success stories. Having outsourced Finance, Marketing and Reception they employ 21 full time staff across 3 locations ensuring their clients have a clearer understanding of all their legal issues.
The company's clients have benefited from a deliberate approach of not only providing legal but also commercial advice and solutions to their individual needs.
Due to growth we are looking to appoint an experienced Civil Court Solicitor who has dealt with a broad range of Civil Litigation matters to include Business to Business Disputes, Private Disputes, Family Disputes etc.
* Your PQE is not an essential element however your Advocacy skills will include Debates, Proofs and Written Pleadings.
* You'll be a highly organised and time managed individual who thrives in a pressured environment.
* Being commercially focussed is not essential but is preferred.
* You'll be able to deal with client from the start and be able to run a case with precision and proactivity.
* You'll have a desire to be ambitious and want to be part of this business now and well into the future.
