£16,650 - £20,280 per annum (dependent upon experience), regular overtime available
Do you have a passion for working with young people with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care setting?
Do you want to develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of behaviours, and gain advanced insight into Autism in all its forms?
We can offer you the opportunity to build long term positive, caring and supportive relationships with young people, aged from 8 to 18 (when they transition to adult care). You’ll help meet their individual needs, including personal care, exploring sensory and communication difficulties and managing problematic behaviours. You can have a positive impact on their lives.
