Location: London / Essex - Various Travel between sites, with some flexible home working considered

Identifying changes that will make a real difference for our residents, you’ll improve satisfaction with the way we deliver services and leading by example, you will inspire and engage the team to drive forward improvements by way of service improvement plans. You’ll have overall responsibility for the customer service and output of the Key Worker Accommodation, Leasehold / Service Charge teams and management of the right to buy, right to acquire and other home ownership initiatives.

With previous leadership experience within a similar setting, you will have an up to date knowledge of current leasehold and service charge legislation and experience of budget management. Being a natural collaborator, you’ll be resilient and able to bring positive change to the team.

The location of this role is based between multiple sites across Essex and East London. There will also be the opportunity of flexible home working too.
