Crisis Skylight Coventry deliver outreach services for people who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless. This is an exciting time in the development of the Skylight as the coverage of service delivery expands to reach even more homeless people in the city.

About the role
As Skylight Coordinator, you will lead the administration functions for the Crisis Skylight Coventry and Warwickshire team helping to create a positive environment for members, staff and volunteers. 

You will oversee the facilities for the centres whilst ensuring that standards of administration are high throughout the Skylight.

Knowledge/Skills and Experience:

About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within office management in a busy environment, providing a high standard of customer service and will have the ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities.

You will have strong administrative skills including using all Microsoft packages, be solution focused, resilient, have a high level of attention to detail and excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to successfully manage a busy and diverse workload. 

The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills, an understanding of the issues faced by homeless people and socially excluded groups, as well as the ability to deal with challenging situations and individuals with a range of needs.
