Reception & Service Advisor
Currently recruiting for a Reception & Service Advisor to join a well-established team.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, organisation and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge within the industry is preferred but not essential and full training will be given throughout.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with customers and work providers throughout all stages from first notification to completion
- Organising the diary day to day, including courtesy vehicle allocations and collections & deliveries
- Carrying out Quality Control Checks to all completed vehicles
- Meeting & Greeting all visitors including customers, engineers and representatives
40 hour contract with overtime. Salary to be discussed.
