Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Senior Customer Service Assistant to join us at our new Brickworks student accommodation in Dublin 8.
Keeping exceptional customer service at the forefront of your mind, you will support the Accommodation Manager and accommodation team, provide a responsive reception service and be the first point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants. Based at the front desk, you will deal with customer enquiries by social networks, email, telephone and in person and undertake viewings, giving appropriate advice to potential tenants when required. The Customer Service Assistant will also receive and process payments, monitor and chase rent arrears and undertake inspections of the student flats and rooms, assessing condition for any re-charges. You will also manage the building’s social media accounts, with the support of the rest of the accommodation team.
We’re looking for an individual who has previous customer service experience; selling, retaining and maintaining good working relationships with both students and parents. Experience in the property and/or hospitality industries would be beneficial, as would experience in working with students or young adults. Comfortable working in a high pressurised environment, you will have exceptional administration skills and be a strong communicator who has the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders through varying means such as orally and in writing. Flexibility in working hours is a must, as is competence in the use of business operating systems, social media and Microsoft Office.
