We are looking for a Development Accountant to lead on all tender and other costing related matters.

This person will be working with the Director of Finance, IT & Housing on all new development opportunities ensuring that all costs are captured and new opportunities are financially viable. Also to be the lead on managing finance reviews at local locations ensuring compliance with financial procedures as well as taking the lead on new systems regarding People we support money policies. Provide training for all managers and other staff as part of their introduction to Certitude as well as providing other general finance training. Be the lead an all ad hoc projects that require finance input as well as being one of the key contacts for all senior staff on finance related matters.

Experience/Skills

  • Part Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or Qualified to degree level or demonstrable experience
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced excel spreadsheet skills
