Asset Data Analyst (Housing, Asset Management, Property) SOUT86093

Our client is a forward thinking community based Housing Provider with ambitious plans for the future and key to these are the way they manage their assets.

Core of this role is ensuring that their asset data is suitable and sufficient to drive and support future investments, appraisals and growth. Ensuring the delivery of Asset Programs can demonstrate great working practice, strong product choice, quality customer care, compliance, health, safety and wellbeing all to the highest standards.

The successful applicant will have experience of developing asset management systems for the recording and monitoring of asset data, using and interpreting the information to drive stock condition and property performance, informing future investment decisions. You will have an understanding of active asset management and developing effective strategies based on data and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will in all likelihood have experience of Asset Analysis, utilising data to drive investment programmes within the affordable housing arena, however this is not essential.

You will have proven experience in this area, with sound asset knowledge, coupled with enthusiasm and a desire to deliver to tight deadlines.
