Junior Property Manager - Southampton
Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Property Manager to join a globally recognised real estate company and get the chance to assist with the management of a diverse range of large commercial assets. Working as part of an experienced team with their Southampton office, you will be given full support and training to progress your career and work towards becoming a chartered surveyor.
Role & Responsibilities of the Junior Property Manager:
* Review service charge cash flow and budgets
* Carry out property inspections
* Management of leases ensuring data is accurately maintained
* Raise rent demands
Skills & Experience of the Junior Property Manager:
* Passion for property with aspirations to become a Property Manager
* Interested in working towards APC and chartership
* Knowledge of service charges is advantageous but not essential
* Good communication skills
* Full, clean driving licence
Salary & Benefits:
* GBP21-25k starting salary (Depending on experience)
* 25 days holiday
* Pension
* Professional fees paid for
* Training & support provided to work towards RICS qualification
