Our client, a leading housing management provider in the UK, are currently looking for a Housing Officer to manage a property in Feltham, Middlesex.
The selected candidates main duties will be:
Tenancy Sign Ups
Building checks - Alarm testing
Check people out
Raise works to be carried out
Answer phone
Answer emails
Handover at the start and end of the day to the out of hours staff
This is a minimum 5 week contract, paying GBP12p/h. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
