Following a period of success and business growth, Pin Point Health & Social Care are looking to build upon this with the appointment of a Healthcare Recruitment Manager with a track record of delivery in the Care sector. This position is based in our Aberdeen Branch.

The Position:

The role of Healthcare Manager takes full accountability for all Pin Point's Healthcare and Homecare recruitment services within the region.

As a care sector expert, you will have working knowledge of nursing and residential care, as well as supported living and domiciliary care sectors.

You will have experience of working at a strategic level and come with significant experience of building and developing care operations that meet the challenges of the current marketplace.

You will understand how the marketplace will change in the forthcoming years, and above all be able to meet those changes and demands.

The Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

Pin Point Health & Social Care delivers the highest standards of person centered care, so we are looking for someone the acts as a role model and champion in everything that they do. You'll be fully accountable for the staffing side of operations as well, so it is important you have previous experience and a sound understanding of the commercial aspects of private healthcare, and also managing an extremely large and diverse team of people from Care Assistants and Domestic up to Home Managers.

We are looking for people with a track record of success in the private healthcare sector. Preferably you will have operated as a Healthcare Recruitment Manager before, if not you'll need to demonstrate significant experience at Manager level within a similar organisation

We aren't just looking for someone to manage a region, we are looking for someone to lead and inspire.
