Direct Maintenance Surveyor
Based at Beacon House, Slough, Covering West Neighbourhoods
Salary from GBP38,000pa depending on experience plus GBP1,300pa Essential Car User Allowance*
Our client is seeking skilled and experienced Property Building Surveyors to support our Direct Maintenance Division, providing high levels of technical support to the team.
You will have a wide range of specialist skills including property surveying, building and construction methods. With a knowledge of Health and Safety Practices, contract and housing law gained preferably from working in a social housing environment.
You will carry out detailed inspections and surveys, providing technical advice and specifications as well as cost projections and condition reports.
You will be a self-motivated, professional individual who is able to communicate and influence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
