Are you a driven and experienced Automotive Programme and Project Leader with a wealth of NPI delivery knowledge from a high volume and quality driven environment who is seeking that next step in your career? Can you manage a capable and busy team of Project and Programme specialists and deliver robust customer projects from feasibility through to manufacture within a growing and successful Tier 1 automotive organisation?
This role for an experienced Head of Programmes / Senior Programme Manager who has the Automotive NPI Project background and tenacious character to lead a strong team of technical & commercial project specialists and be the go to person for all aspects of Project and Programme management both internally cross functionally and externally to the customer and supplier base and ensure that all teams are working together towards the same goal; outstanding delivery of world class products that meet and exceed the customers expectations.
You will have a strong mix of both commercial and technical project / programme leadership and will be a proactive and engaging character who can unite the teams across the business in order to deliver world class NPI activity to all of the key OEM customers across the business.
Exposure to high value, high volume Tier 1 automotive projects would be a huge advantage in this challenging but rewarding role, as would exposure to Jaguar Land Rover systems and gateways as this will be a key customer in the forthcoming NPI activity. Previous interaction with other leading OEM customers will be appreciated as would strong cross functional working experience with a proven ability to drive collaboration, information sharing and best in class customer satisfaction across a multi-functional project team.
