£24,000 Base OTE £25,000+ plus Company Benefits

HOURS OF WORK
8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch + Saturdays
8am – 1pm as and when required as part of the weekend rota.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy Toyota & Lexus Aftersales Centre based in Isleworth.

Reporting to the parts manager your duties will include:

+ Dealing with any customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
+ Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
+ To receive and identify all parts and goods deliveries
+ Assisting with parts stock check
+ Liaising with parts stock check
+ Contact customers offering special promotions that are available from time to time
+ Pre-picking parts for those jobs pre booked into workshop / bodyshop
+ To satisfy and retain existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

+ Main dealer experience – minimum of one year
+ Excellent communication and organisational skills
+ Basic knowledge of vehicle layout function and location of parts
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ A checkable school / work history
