Facade Designer
Our client who work within the Facade industry are looking to recruit a Facade Designer based at their offices in the Cambs region.
Duties include:
??Producing concept sketches, detailed designs, calculations and reports in accordance with project programmes
??Design of project designs under the guidance of design manager
??Scheduling of products under the guidance of design manager
??Assist with site hardware lists
?? Provide support to design manager and other team members
?? Assist with sending quotations and orders for fabrication
?? Assist project managers and site team as required
?? Assist with general office administer duties such as printing, filing, design folders, site packs, email correspondence on related projects
??Knowledge of relevant building regulations, NBS specifications and understanding of cladding/rendering and glazing products would be advantageous
The Ideal candidate will be educated to college/HNC level in construction, or fa??ade design related subjects, as well as having the knowledge and understanding of fa??ade and cladding industry.
Working hours 9am to 5pm
Salaries are in the region of GBP30-40k
