One of the industries-leading companies supplying uPVC and aluminium glazing products to the trade sector have a great opportunity for a Software Trainer. They are looking for an individual with experience using fenestration specific software Window Designer with order processing knowledge.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting new customer on boarding by organising and delivering on-site and remote customer training. As a first point of contact you will provide the expertise and support to help with customer issues and support the sales order processing teams when not training.
You will help develop training materials, identify development opportunities and work with the IT department to prioritise and implement initiatives. Through a fantastic customer service approach and effective communication skills you will help to train others effectively on the software.
You will be expected to occasionally travel and work away at Customer sites. Therefore a full driving licence is essential.
