- Being familiar with local instructions, the dispatch plan, general memos and notices for each station you are passed out at

- You must report and log on the internal database all cancellations, alterations and delays to train departure times
- Being vigilant and visible to all customers and other members of staff
- Comply with all safety requirements as defined, ensuring personal safety and that of others at all times
- Do you have previous customer service experience?
- You will need to pass a Drugs and Alcohol Medical for this position
- You will need to pass an eyesight and hearing test in accordance with required regulations for this position
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Are you over the age of 18?
- Are you comfortable working alone?
- Do you have the flexibility to work different shift times ? Please note the railways operate seven days a week inclusive of weekends, 365 days a year.
- You must be available to start immediately as these are temporary positions
