Circa GBP55,000

Our client is a Housing Association located in the Oxford to Cambridge corridor, which is committed to providing its customers with high quality, value for money services whilst continuing to develop energy efficient, sustainable and affordable housing.

They are currently looking for a highly organised and people focused HR Manager to assist the Head of HR in the implementation of their people strategy, acting as the operational HR lead on a range of initiatives and projects.

What you will be doing:

*

Manage day to day people operations, including employee relations, recruitment, reporting and analytics, and embedding of HR processes

*

Work with the HR team to coach and partner with the business to deliver a 1st class HR generalist service

*

Manage, coach and develop the HR Team

*

Work as part of the HR Management team to deliver the strategic HR program and deputise for the Head of HR as required

They'd love to meet someone with:

*

Experience in line managing HR teams

*

A proven track record of working to a HR Business Partner model integrated in the business, including coaching managers to enable them to fulfil their role and utilise self-service

*

Demonstrable commercial HR operational decision making experience

*

Strong ER knowledge, including business change & related processes

*

Recruitment process knowledge, including current market trends, social media and employer brand

*

The ability to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and ability to adapt style to situation and stakeholder

*

The ability to coach and develop a team, including the use of psychometrics, ideally SDI

*

HR experience in the Housing Sector or experience in a regulated SME environment, this would be ideal but not essential

*

Comfortable working within structured project plans and audited processes, able to deliver to agreed timescales
