Our client now has an opportunity for a Lead Occupational Therapist to join their incredible team in Manchester!

As our lead occupational therapist…

You should be an excellent and experienced practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. You will manage and develop the occupational therapy team and service; teaching, training and guiding staff who have varying levels of experience and knowledge. You will be an advocate of sensory integration therapy, making full use of the college's impressive specialist facilities, advising with complex cases and assisting where necessary. Promoting and instilling the benefits of multidisciplinary working with both internal teams and external providers. You will have extensive support from the Senior Leadership Team

About you...

A qualified and registered occupational therapist with experience of leading a team of practitioners in a range of clinical settings. You will be an excellent leader who not only sees the importance of staff and service development, but also believes that everyone should have the chance to achieve their potential, without exception. You will be confident and approachable to students, colleagues within bridge, parents and external agency contacts.
