North Somerset's largest domiciliary care provider, Notaro Homecare are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join their dedicated team of Community Carers. As a , you will be responsible for visiting our service users in their own homes, enabling them to live independently. This is both a varied and fulfilling role and includes helping with personal care, assisting with medication, supporting with domestic and shopping tasks, as well as enabling our service users to access the community.
As a family-run business, we recognise the importance of flexible working hours. Therefore we have full time and part-time positions available. Typically shift patterns are 7:00-14:00 and 16:00-22:00, this will include alternate weekends.
We are proud to be flexible and welcome non-drivers as we have walking opportunities available. You can even take part in our 'Bike to Work' scheme where you can get your hands on a brand new bike tax-free!
As North Somerset's chosen Homecare Provider, our carer's are eligible for the 'Proud to Care Bonus'. A bonus payment of your average weekly pay, which is paid every six months.

Previous experience is not essential as a full induction, shadowing, and on the job training is provided. On-going development includes mentoring and guidance from our dedicated Senior Carers and various training programmes, including Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care, and further career progression is available.
