Are you a Sales Ledger looking to join a rapidly expanding rail manufacturer, making their first venture within the UK?

Reports to
Head of Finance & IT

Oversee sales ledger database process.

Essential Functions

Producing daily invoices to customers
Chasing up outstanding debts
Setting up new clients
Liaising with Project Management to ensure 100% right first time can be achieve with our customers
Building professional relationships with customers
Ensuring business cashflow projections are realised.Competencies

This job operates in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, minimum 37 hours/week position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, but flexibility in hours is allowed in order to meet global communications and travel requirements. The employee is expected to work extended hours occasionally to ensure success of critical projects and business activities.

Required Experience

Previous working knowledge and experience of sales ledger transacting.
Good communication skills
Solid team working skills
Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
Ability to work to deadlines
