Job Title: Estate Agent Relationship Manager
Location: Stanway, Colchester Essex
Target: Sales Professionals with demonstrable client relationship management skills
Rewards: Negotiable and Market Leading Basic Salary plus Commission, Bonuses and Benefits. OTE GBP30K-GBP35K
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 6.00PM plus Saturdays on a rota

Through our range of individual brands we specialise in facilitating the sales of new homes working with house builders, lenders and a nationwide network of estate agents. We offer a broad range of Mortgage Services together with Part Exchange, and Assisted Move. We work with most of the UK's top 20 house builders.
Main Purposes of Role:
The New Homes Group are looking for an individual who is able to work alongside our current network of Estate Agents reinforcing the ongoing working relationship we have with them, whilst seeking opportunities to expand our panel of Estate Agents by inviting them to join our referral scheme.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate previous sales experience within a business to business environment. Estate Agency experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To maximise income from our Estate Agency Panel, whilst ensuring you provide the highest levels of service at all times.
Ability to provide high levels of customer service and support to both internal stakeholders, internal teams and our house builder clients at all times.
Identify areas through various means where we do not have Panel Agents but where we are instructing agents; researching the validity of the area (i.e. active and forthcoming developments) and the agent themselves to see if they are reputable and then negotiating with them to join our Panel.
Identify opportunities and instruct Panel Agents in areas of future activity.
Maintaining relationships with agents to safeguard the renewal of their services for the following year.
Manage the Estate Agency renewal process in a timely fashion, ensuring subsequent payment of invoices.
Work closely with the internal teams and provide ongoing support on the day to day processes.
Be available as and when required to work outside of normal working hours in order to meet customers and client's requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of estate agency/property/new homes and related practices i.e. financial services, part exchange highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers delivering high levels of customer service.
Drive and determination to succeed
Ability to use own initiative and work with the team to help and motivate them.
IT literate, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of valuing property and use of comparable method of valuation, using Rightmove, net house prices or other suitable sources of information.
Preparation of detailed reports which require analytical skills
Ability to adapt to rapid change and flexible working arrangements.
Able to organise and manage workloads and prioritise accordingly.
Able to motivate and help coach team members to maximise their potential.
