Due to significant growth of the business, Jark in Ipswich are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our industrial team.
This position will suit someone with experience of the recruitment industry, as this position is very much 'hit the ground running'.
You will be responsible for running a very busy desk of up to 120 temporary workers from across the European union, while managing a number of new contracts. With this in mind, it would be useful if you spoke an Eastern European language such as Lithuanian, Polish or Romanian for example; but this isn't essential.
This will be a very busy position and will require a certain amount of travel around Suffolk, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence. A company car can be provided, along with a fuel card, but a generous car allowance would be granted, in the event that you choose to use your own vehicle for work.
In return for your hard work, you would be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, market leading - uncapped commission, pension and free parking, as well as other benefits to be discussed, such as a company vehicle or car allowance. Genuine OTE for this position is at least GBP35-40k in your first year.
