You will be required to work on various sites and contracts in and around the Scunthorpe and surrounding areas
You will be paid for the hours you work at the rate of pay per contract. Pay rate from GBP8.21phr to GBP9.50phr
All applicants must be able to work, days, nights and weekends where required.
Some of your duties will include:
* Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
*
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
*
Obtains help by sounding alarms.
*
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
*
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
*
Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
*
Maintains organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
*
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To be considered for this role you will:
* Have CCTV knowledge/Fire alarm systems
* IT - Good knowledge of emails and Excel
* Have afull five-year checkable employment / education history will be required
* Have experience of delivering excellent Customer Service
* Previous experience in a security environment (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal
* It is important the Relief Security Officer is calm under pressure.
* Have understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act, relevant Criminal, Civil Law and Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
* Own vehicle/mode of transport
