My client, a trusted and reliable service company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care, are looking for a self-starting Recruitment Administrator to assist their Preston based HQ.

The main function of the role will be to assist the recruitment team from start to finish with on boarding and personnel procedures

Responsibilities include;

Assist in completing pre-employment checks for employees (for example, references and medicals)
Use social media platforms to promote the firm and attract and source candidates for vacancies
Assist in our apprentice and graduate recruitment process (e.g. screening applications and managing assessment centres)
Interview scheduling
Responsibility for maintaining the live job advertisements on our applicant tracking system.
Coordinating of interviews and emailing candidates correspondence relating to these.
Producing contracts of employment for new joiners.
Adding new employees onto the database
Diary management
Ensuring compliance with the companies GDPR regulations when sharing CVs and handling candidate data
Managing the end to end process of the on-boarding of new starters and maintaining relationships with new starters in the in-between period
Assisting and conducting HR inductions
Producing terms of business with external recruitment agencies and handling correspondence with these
Coordinating and managing assessments for candidates, including in-house assessments and online assessments and bench marking results
Processing invoices

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience of working in a recruitment or HR administration role
Strong communication skills
Accurate and efficient approach to an audit trail

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

This is a temporary role which could lead to further opportunities for the right candidate.
