They have in excess of 18,500 homes and employ over 400 staff.  Their Retirement Living is sheltered, rented accommodation specially designed to help people over the age of 55 live independently.

Residents are able to enjoy homes that are self-contained with their own secure front doors for peace of mind, and can maintain their independence whilst living in the surrounding of a friendly and close-knit community.  Residents have the use of various communal facilities allowing them to interact and socialise.

You have the ability to deal with customers in a professional and efficient manner
You are an approachable person who is responsive to requests for help
