We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Software Implementations Team based at our office in Otley, West Yorkshire.

Our recruitment software is used by hundreds of HR Departments and In-house recruiters every day. Combining the latest recruitment technology with a wealth of recruitment expertise, our software can be configured to support the needs of any organisation, regardless of the recruitment process. 

Within this key position, you will provide support over new and current projects ensuring that we stick to tight deadlines and provide an excellent service to our clients. Creating new client orders, you will coordinate the process from implementation and training to going live on the networx system. You will also manage the email inbox ensuring any new requests are dealt with to the agreed timescales and target deadlines.

We are looking for an motivated and astute Administrator ideally with some experience supporting projects. Showing high attention to detail, you must be highly organised enabling you to carry out a varied workload. The ability to work to tight deadlines prioritise an ever changing work-load will ensure we deliver the high level of quality and service networx are recognised for.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator and confident when dealing with people at all levels. You will be IT competent with Microsoft Office and ideally have previously used project management software, although this is not essential. 

This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn our software inside and out within the recruitment environment.  This product knowledge and experience will open opportunities to progress in to any one of a number of exciting roles within the business, based upon on your strengths and preferences.
