SES Business Water and Home Services are a licensed water retailer to businesses and other organisations across both England and Scotland. SES Home Services is a plumbing, heating and drainage business, with over 16000 insurance based customers, working across Surrey and the surrounding counties.
We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Dorking. You will handle enquiries, supporting customers via telephone, email or online, delivering a high level of customer care.
Being one of the first points of contact for customers, you will advise on billing, collection of water, wastewater, service charges and leakage / consumption. Further to this you will schedule work for mobile engineers across all departments and proactively handle complaints received.
Having experience in a contact centre environment and call handling, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. You’ll be familiar with the use of business systems to record customer contact and be competent using Microsoft packages.
