As a Facilities and Operations Assistant, you will support the effective running and high standards of the facilities and maintenance at our Rose Street and TKTS Booth Buildings.

Specifically, you will ensure building safety, the successful execution of all operations and facilities functions, and contribute towards the implementation of our building strategy improvements.

Working with the Operations Manager and Receptionist & Operations Assistant, your role will also involve:

- Providing first line repairs and maintenance
- Arranging service callouts and regular/planned maintenance
- Logging and reporting all technical faults
- Arranging office equipment fixtures and fittings

- Competency in all MS Office packages

Ideally, you will have an interest in theatre and a broad understanding of the arts in the UK.

The closing date for applications is the 14th August 2019.

This is a part time role working two – three days per week with occasional weekend and evening work.
