Sales Manager - Uckfield, East Sussex
Basic Salary Circa GBP35,000, OTE GBP40,000-GBP45,000
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a small family owned specialist B2B media company based in Uckfield, East Sussex to recruit a Sales Manager to join their agricultural division.
The Role:
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the revenue & sales process on a diverse media portfolio. You will be selling a range of marketing solutions across both print and digital magazines and will also be selling sponsorships to a prestigious industry awards.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the Sales Manager & primary sales contact on the division incorporating an agricultural print magazine, digital magazine and two websites
* Act as the primary contact and organiser for a prestigious industry specific awards event
* Account manage existing customers, acting as primary contact
* Source leads and generate new business
* Accurately maintain and update all sales records on company CRM
* Liaise with Type Setters
* Create flatplan & copy chase list
* Be responsible for creating marketing information for clients and potential clients
* Create and manage new revenue streams, whether this be events, supplements or digital offerings
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years sales experience, media sales is an advantage
* Experience in a management or senior level sales role
* Proven record of managing and achieving revenue targets
* Experience in or knowledge of the media industry
Benefits/Perks:
* Basic Salary circa GBP35,000
* OTE GBP40,000-GBP45,000
