As we grow, there are constantly new opportunities to join the core team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work with HPRtalent's Global Talent Acquisition Director to find top people from across the world to join the companies we partner with (these are all organisations that people aspire to work for). You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting highly qualified applicants to all open positions, including executive-level opportunities from top to shop floor.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every new hire is elite, and that the talent bar at the companies we partner remains at the highest level possible.
These are professional Talent Acquisition roles we are not looking for "business developers" dressed up as Recruiters
These are remote positions that can be done from anywhere in the UK.
The roles:
Work with the Global Talent Acquisition Director to fill the applicant pipeline with highly qualified candidates for all open roles
Identify and contact A-players who will thrive at in our Client's organisations
Develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
Creates a world class candidate experience on every assignment
Source and communicate extensively with candidates over a variety of channels, explaining open positions to them and continuously assessing whether they would be good fits.
Coordinate between key leaders within our Client's organisations to plan interview funnels that are in line hiring standards and appropriate for the positions in question.
Competency based interviewing all candidates you will be representing
Provide interviewers with extensive background information about each candidate.
Support candidates through the core team interview process as their primary point of contact and stay in touch with interviewers to collect feedback and ensure the interview funnel is executed well.
Take ownership over the quality of incoming applicants and new hires.
Customise the onboarding process for each new hire.
Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions.
Communicate constantly with teams via Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts
Provide Market Mapping services to our Clients as well as the full Recruitment offering
Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review
Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers and directly to candidates
Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation with the Client
Communicates results and organizes start dates with client and candidate
Provides regular updates and feedback to managers
Uses recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
Interacts on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements
Keeps up to date with channel management activities and potential use of new sourcing channels social networking sites, web 2.0 technologies, etc.
The people:
Degree educated or equivalent
5+ years of recruitment experience, gained either in-house, RPO or Account Management
Experience recruiting for a variety of functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Media, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Purchasing, Call Centres etc???)
Ability to hire at all levels in an organisation
Exceptional ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of requisitions
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with professionals at all levels of a Client organisation
Ability to rapidly learn about internal organisation structure, culture, and hiring practices.
Ability to synthesize large volumes of information on candidates from multiple sources.
Ability to develop an extremely strong understanding of what it takes to thrive in a variety of roles and teams.
You must be able to accurately assess whether candidates would be able to perform and excel at a given position successfully in the long term (assess future potential).
A keen eye for the professional qualities needed to be an outstanding contributor on a large remote team.
To excel at this position, you must be extremely intelligent, energetic, and proactive.
You must be a self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity.
You need to be comfortable with all aspects of global recruitment, and you must always be an outstanding brand ambassador.

Strong relationship management skills
