Position: Senior Data Marketing Planning Manager
Location: Central London, WC1N

About the role:
This is an exciting role leading the charity's Data Marketing team. You will spearhead campaign insight to inform data strategy ensuring the right message is delivered to the right audience at the right time contributing to a brilliant supporter experience, increasing life time value.
To achieve this, you will be an exceptional planner, using advanced influencing and persuasion skills to with senior stakeholders to map the demands of the fundraising teams to deliver against their goals and to drive the development of new product / audience development.
About the Team:
The team collaborates with others across the Charity family to enable effective and efficient fundraising by producing analysis, reporting and data selections.
The team is ambitious and driven and have recently been shortlisted for multiple industry awards.
Responsibilities:
- Work across all functions to identify where supporter insight can make a commercially significant impact and act upon findings.
- Develop a data strategy, (including the review, update and implementation of business contact rules) that drives supporter acquisition and retention and supports the objectives of the Charity.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team on data marketing issues, including audience insight, segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead on data quality, collaborating with the CRM and Finance teams to ensure data for all parties is fit for purpose.
- Develop an expert team that are commercially focussed and are the central point of reference for data driven business challenges.
- Continuously develop your skills, sector knowledge, and external networks to facilitate this.

This is a pivotal role for the charity and would suit someone with established experience understanding the intricacies of charitable data, working across fundraising teams to optimise supporter retention, return, and critically supporter satisfaction.
