The Role:

Main responsibilities for the Cleaning Supervisor:
* Supporting and training the cleaning team
* To have a hands on approach with cleaning
* Liaising with clients and maximising business with a customer service based approach
* Arrange cover for holidays/absences
* Undertaking cleaning audits

Essential
* Cleaning Experience
* Understanding of Health and Safety practices to include COSHH and RAMS
* Ability to work effectively within a team and on own initiative.
* Budget Management including Wages and Materials
* Excellent communication skills to build effective working relationships.
* Site Auditing Procedures
Desirable
* Cleaning Qualification (BICS/City and Guilds)
* IT Understanding
* Manage sub-contractors - Pest Control and Washroom
Main responsibilities include:
Delivering First Class Standards to ATG
Reporting any Pest and washroom issues on site to Vertas Environmental
Supporting and training the cleaning team
Manging Dark Days/Periods on site to meet needs of client and specification
Interviewing and Recruiting Staff as and when required
To have a hands-on approach with cleaning
Liaising with clients and maximising business with a customer service-based approach
Ensure sites are run to budget with a key focus on hours delivery and stores ordering
Fault Reporting - report any potential issues to ATG
Arrange cover for holidays/absences.
Undertaking cleaning audits utilising Tablets and bespoke software
Carry out Welfare and RTW process - Managing Absence
Succession planning
Supervisor Monthly Time table - Key Activities
Week 1: Report Hours and Daily Standard Check.
Week 2: Report Hours and Full Client Audit.
Week 3: Report Hours, Tool Box Talk and Daily Standard Check.
Week4: Report Hours, Submit Stores Order and Daily Standard Check.
Your Package:
GBP9.50 per hour.
Minimum of 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
