Senior Housing Officer job in East London paying between GBP30K - GBP35K per annum, full time permanent

Your new role
To provide a comprehensive Housing Management Service across a TMO contract area. You will include all aspects of tenancy management and be an ambassador for the organisation. You will also manage 2 team members.
You will meet relevant performance indicators and develop effective relationships with residence, residence groups, the client and other stakeholders. Attending meetings as and when required. You will work with residents, council departments and other agencies to develop initiatives to enhance the areas/estates managed by the village team and improve customer satisfaction. You will also respond effectively to all correspondence including councillor and MP enquirers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge of social housing legislation and current practice and have a minimum of one year's experience in a housing management role for a social landlord. You will be able to work proactively under your own initiative and be able to perform a whole range of generic housing management functions.
You will exceed at customer service and have good written skills. Willing to learn about housing legislation and current practice. Ability to be able to work within a team is paramount and resilience will be needed for the ever changing housing environment.
