Our client is a global business within the data, publishing and events industry.
Revenues are in the billions and they are successful because they are agile and evolve and change to meet market need.
You will be looking for a standout leadership role which can offer you the chance to be pivotal to the ongoing success and shaping of the business.
The role is within the events are of the business and with challenge comes the support of a very experienced team above and alongside you.
To be successful in this role you must already be an exceptional Head of Sales, capable of fostering a collaborative and progressive environment whilst driving the commercial elements of the business.
Individual success and empowering people to shape their roles and career are a central ethos within the business.
You should be passionate about people and progress.
Commercial sales planning, sales process optimisation, strategic planning and execution together with strong training and development skills will also be at the core of the role.
Change management and people engagement are similarly key both for the immediate team and to work positively with other business stakeholders internally.
As the business is global, you should have experience of managing remote teams and working with international stakeholders.
- Overseas travel will be part of the role.
- Events experience is not essential but would help.
- Similar industry experience would be helpful.
International sales leadership is essential.
