Well known and growing leisure business based in the Manchester City Centre area is recruiting an experienced Learning and Development Co-Ordinator.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager this is a newly created role due to the expansion of the team.
Duties of the role will include:
* Drive a learning culture where continuous development is prioritised at all levels
* Working with the Group HR manager to write and deliver a range of training initiatives to colleagues at all levels and across a full spectrum of programmes
* Responsible for a project to include writing training manuals for all sites across the business.
* Management and development e-learning strategies
* Handling all aspects for the management and development of apprenticeship programmes
* Writing and analysis of training manuals across all roles in the business
* Delivery of training courses at all levels
* Organising the company training calendar
The right candidate for the role will have extensive epxerience in a L&D role together with CIPD L&D part or full qualification. You will also have excellent communication skills, have experience in coaching and mentoring and you will have good IT skills. You will also be happy to travel to various sites around the UK on an adhoc basis.
