Support Workers-Redruth

Support Workers wanted!

We are recruiting for reliable and committed Support Workers in the Redruth area.

You will be supporting adults with a learning disability to live independently in their own homes and in the community.

Shifts available 7.30am - 1.30pm and afternoon shifts 4pm – 10.30pm

All levels of experience considered!

You will need to be committed to providing high quality care and have strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards our clients, be a team player and able to work using your own initiative.
You will need to be compassionate and have a genuine interest in the well-being of vulnerable people

The pay rates start from £10ph
Mileage paid at 0.25p per mile after the first 10miles.

You pick and choose your days, that's the flexibility of working with a recruitment agency!

Essentially you will need:
• 1 years’ experience working within care (Essential)
• Training within the following with evidence of certificates;

Safeguarding

manual handling

Infection control

food hygiene

medication

• Enhanced DBS check (Preferable – we can process)
• Full UK Driver’s license and own transport (Preferable)
