Role: Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager

Location: Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset

Salary: GBP18,000 to GBP20,000 Basic (Depending on Experience) + GBP22,000 to GBP23,000 OTE per annum

Hours: 40 hours a week 9am - 6pm Alternate Saturdays with a day off in Lieu (Mileage Allowance 45p)

Our client, an Estate Agency based in Burnham-On-Sea, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join their existing team.

* Proven lettings experience

* Ability to build & develop relationships with landlords , investors and contacts

* Excellent negotiation skills

* Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

* The ability & experience to negotiate the lets of properties and meeting targets whilst abiding by company policies and statutory legislation.

* Selling their company service skilfully and ethically to generate new and repeat business

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients

* Acquire properties through research & reputation

* Generate a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a number of lets per week

* Book and carry out viewings

* Negotiate offers

* Keeping all parties well informed

* Dealing with customer enquiries

* Keeping records of all activity

* Co-ordinate check in and check out
