Are you passionate about creating a clear strategy and vision within a Housing Management setting? Then this is the role for you.
An established provider of affordable housing within Warwickshire is immediately seeking a Project Manager within theTenancy Services remit to make an immediate impact on a fixed term basis until March 2020.
As a Project Manager, your key duties will be:
• Implement a new tenancy services strategy that empowers staff to provide an excellent customer experience
• Ensure project team deliver key actions as well as effectively managing allocated projects
• Provide timely project progress and produce robust business bases with cost benefit analysis
• Review current Housing Management policies and procedures to provide improvement recommendations to senior management team
• Ensure key stakeholders are consistently informed with project progress as well as working with internal customers to understand needs and requirements
• Lead the Project Team to oversee the organisations fire safety improvement programme
As a Project Manager, you will also have:
• Recent experience of creating, planning, co-ordinating and delivering projects
• Exposure to Tenancy Services policies and procedures including policy and strategy
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to build relationships
• High levels of resilience, the ability to work under pressure and ensure priorities are put in place
• Excellent report writing skills and IT Skills
• Confidence when working with Senior Stakeholders and challenging at all levels
