Field Sales Executive – Construction / Fabrication Consumables

Reca-uk ltd are part of a large privately owned German group.

We sell a range of industrial consumables used in cutting, grinding, shaping, drilling, fixing and finishing within the construction, engineering, fabrication and assembly trades.

We seek an additional Sales Executive to join a UK team of over 80 field based sales consultants.

This is a highly autonomous role, gaining success through a high call rate and utilising transferable selling skills into this competitive B2B market.

A customer base exists but needs expanding by new business development which requires cold calling skills as well as range extension and good customer management .

Whilst industry experience helps, we are proud of our ongoing commitment to product and sales training, so we welcome applications from candidates who are only 1 or 2 years into their sales career, or from retail sales professionals (looking to get their weekends back!) that are interested in their first Field Sales role.

We are a stable group offering long term careers with development and earnings up to £33k subject to performance. Full training, car, mobile phone, pension, etc.
