Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Hours/ Contract: Full time/ Maternity cover FTC for 12 months
Salary: GBP30,401 - GBP37,267
Location: Oxford
We are working in partnership with a hospice supporting children and young adults. The charity is now seeking to appoint a Corporate Partnerships Manager. This role acts as the charity's lead corporate fundraiser, developing a pipeline of appropriate corporate partners as well as ensuring excellent account management is in place to maximise existing partnerships. The successful individual will demonstrate:

• At least two years' corporate fundraising and/or commercial experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
• A good understanding of the principles of new business development
• Confidence and experience of public speaking and presenting/pitching to new audiences
• Experience of developing and managing annual plans and budgets
• Line management experience including objective setting, appraisals and performance management.

This position requires someone with a great attention to detail as well as being determined, professional, friendly and resourceful. You will also have the ability to adapt to a variety of situations and people. A strong team ethic in working across the Fundraising team and Charity as a whole is paramount.
