Generalist Adviser. Traineeship Welcome
Based in Hull at the Wilson Centre
37 hours per week (Funded initially until 31 March 2020, although this may be extended subject to funding)
Salary: £24,998 per annum (Traineeship £21,762)
Based within Citizens Advice, Hull & East Riding’s Generalist Advice Service the post holders will deliver generalist advice services in the Wilson Centre Hull The post holders should have knowledge of the current law and policy in relation to welfare rights and money advice and at least 1 year’s experience of providing legal advice on a wide range of issues to members of the public. Ideally, you will hold the Generalist Certificate in Advice Work (or equivalent).
You will have the ability to work both independently with minimum supervision, and as part of a team and to be confident using a wide range of IT systems.
