PA TO THE CEO
Curve Theatre, Leicester
Up to £23,000 per annum
Full time (39 hours per week)
Curve, Leicester’s state of the art theatre situated in the heart of the City’s Cultural Quarter, is currently seeking an experienced PA to work within a busy CEO Office.
This role provides essential administrative support to the Curve Chief Executive. This will include diary management, drafting correspondence, tracking expenditure, travel planning, co-ordinating and recording of meetings, as well as being the first point of contact for both internal and external queries coming into the Chief Executive’s office.
Alongside this, the role has primary responsibility for a number of essential functions, including managing guest lists for Curve press nights and other VIP events, and overall project co-ordination of key events. Also, keeping records of all customer feedback and ensuring feedback is dealt with by the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with exceptional administrative skills to gain experience in a busy, successful, creative organisation. No two days are the same, so the successful applicant will need to be flexible, adaptable and thrive in what can be a high pressure environment. The ability to build good relationships internally and with external stakeholders is paramount.
The successful applicant will have an active interest in the theatre industry. Your skillset will include a high level of computer literacy, excellent attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be a quick-thinker, capable of working autonomously, juggling numerous projects and deadlines and using your initiative to solve complex problems—all whilst keeping a level head.
