Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Ref: T3059

Duration: ASAP – 5 Months FTC  

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:00pm

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an enthusiastic and positive candidate who is great with numbers and works well in a team

Role profile:

  • Match, batch and code all invoices received into the department
  • Accurately manage all statement and bank account reconciliations
  • Develop both internal and external relationships with customers with a helpful and efficient manner
  • Act as the first point of call for any purchase ledger queries from suppliers and customers
  • Liaise with Credit Control and inform them, if necessary, of any debt from website credit account customers
  • General administrative duties as and when required

Person profile:

  • Previous Accounts Payable Experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude to team work
