An important new job opportunity has arisen for an Electronic Diagnostic Engineer to join my client in Sunbury On Thames, who are a successful high tech, manufacturing business within the wind power industry.
The Electronic Diagnostic Engineer will report into the Quality Improvement Programme Manager in Sunbury On Thames. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the Service Centre as well as providing technical support for in house test and CEM suppliers. You will also be assisting with design and development of new products and processes. One of your main tasks will be determining direct cause of failure on customers returns and production test fails to component level working with the service team. You will also be tasked with producing failure analysis reports for customers using the 8D process.
The Electronic Diagnostic Engineer, Sunbury on Thames will have a degree in an Electronic Engineering and/or time served experience. You will have proven experience in component level fault finding on digital, analogue and mixed signal designs. You will also have experience in a continuous improvement culture and experience using Automotive 8D.
