Job Title; Business Development Executive
Salary; GBP24,000 per annum, plus commission
Shift; Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 5:00pm Friday 08:30am - 4:00pm
Location; South Leicester
Our client is seeking a confident, enthusiastic and professional Business Development Coordinator to join their established Sales Team. The successful candidate will be an organised, self-motivated individual who is able to open doors, develop new relationships and be capable of strategic planning.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge, has experience in a construction environment and is innovative with the ability to bring new ideas to the table, whilst achieving targets.
The Business Development Coordinator Role;
* Maintain and develop existing business with both Industrial Customers and Contractors
* Develop business with a targeted list of contractors
* Develop sales to export customers within specific regions
* Arrange appointments on behalf of External Sales Team
* Provide support and regular communication to the Sales Manager and Area Manager
* Provide accurate quotations
* Supply product samples to potential customers and existing customers
Our Business Development Coordinator Candidate;
* Previous sales experience is essential
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form relationships
* Attention to detail with high accuracy
* Self-motivated and driven individual
* Commercially minded
* Problem solving ability
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages
* Desirable, worked within a construction environment
