Fleet & Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?

You will be working within the Field Force Team reporting to the Field Logistics Lead who oversees the Field Force Logistics operation.

As part of a small team within Kaluza, you will gain a rich understanding of all the moving parts which feed into on boarding new engineers and keeping our engineers working and fleet ticking over.

Our aim is to help businesses implement intelligent technology strategies in order to manage their energy usage and to support the UK's drive to reduce carbon emissions. Therefore, we have plans to develop our field force to support exciting new products which will ultimately help customers improve their home’s energy efficiency and in home experience.

What will I be doing?

In this role you will be responsible for delivering Fleet safety and excellence to the Kaluza Field Force operation.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing stakeholder relationships external / internal
- Updating internal / external fleet database
- Arranging hires / offhires
- Working closely with our Quality and Governance team to manage Fleet risk, H&S and compliance
- End to end supply chain onboarding process - Stock & Fleet
- Managing our driver risk profile and ensuring we are compliant in all areas of fleet safety
- Inventory management
- Effectively manage supplier/product delivery performance
- Forecasting inline with growth plans and ensuring third parties are aware of potential growth
- Ensuring that all new engineers that join have the correct training and guidance
- Driving down fleet repair costs by understanding the nature of incidents and proactively finding ways to reduce both aspects

Do I have what it takes?

You will be hands-on and a starter-finisher, able to pick up an issue and feel enabled to resolve it.

A good communicator, able to express your views clearly, being confident with juggling tasks keeping third parties accountable and driving improvements in their performance. Escalating issues to the Field Logistics Lead, when required.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience co-ordinating in a logistics or fleet environment
- Experience within a supplier facing role dealing with logistics
- Passionate and driven to achieve professionally and personally
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong organization skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment where prioritisation is required
- Ability to hold difficult conversations
- A level or equivalent qualifications
